i just installed a cold air intake on my 2006 honda civic ex. i had to make a spot in the piping for the mass air flow sensor but i made sure it was in the same spot as where it was on stock. now i seem to be getting too much air? it bogs bad and stalls here and there ..... any suggestions?

Take off your negative cable and positive if you wish and let the car sit for atleast 15 minutes to an hour. Then reattach the battery and start the car with everything shut off(no radio, ac, lights etc.). Let the car run for 10-15 minutes. This will reset your ecu and teach it how to run. That normally helps.

When you unrestrict the air flow with the CAI the engine needs to learn what to do with it.
