I have a Tsudo Exhaust on my 93 EX and it is definitely better than my stock exhaust! I never did a dyno before/after but it seems to pull better. Here's a write up I did on it:

It seems legit, but you have to question it when a $449.99 item is being sold for $159.99

All I'm going to say is that if it seems too good to be true, it probably is.

I would save your money for something better, though.
