Default MAGNAFLOW INSTALLED!

Well, I decided to install the Magnaflow before the V2 intake and as usual, I made a procedure for those who may want to do the same kind of install. I had one helper and I suggest you DIYers do the same. An extra pair of hands come in handy at times.
Here'sa link to my DIY page - scroll down to the Magnaflow link to see the whole procedure and my comments about the sound.

Looking good Dave...I love Magnaflow but I'm not really a fan of round muffler's I like there Oval instead because they have more packing. Good work

Thanks! I really love that sonic boom sound at takeoff.

I think it will. The only difference may be the resonator, which Magnaflow includes with their system. I'm not sure if that contributes to the sound. In any case, I'll bet you'd be really close. I don't have a sound clip yet, but check out this link and scroll down to the Civic soundclips.

The piping is 2.25 inches, I believe.

No, I left the cat on; the extension pipe bolts up to the cat flange. The round tip kinda matches up with the half-circle cutout in the bumper, so it looks okay to me!

So, no codes/warning lights after the cat deletion? From what I hear, most cats don't restrict flow too much.
