So what do you guys think? opinions? Any suggestions of things to remove/change out to make it sound better? because thats definetly my main concern haha don't really want the s****y ricer sound.

Oh yeah, my car is a 99 EX.

I have just the Megan Cat-back, and I think it sounds great. If I may ask, why are you only using peices from megan and filling the rest with custom, rather than just getting the cat-back?

I would just go with a full megan cat-back, the resonator will get rid of any raspiness that you might notice if you put it together yourself. Megan does have a very good tone like they said, although if you do have the money I would throw in a recommendation for Greddy EvoII (I'm running an evo2 catback with everything else stock so far and it sounds amazing).

I have the megan racing header, its well made, got an ok gain from it but it did make my exhaust note slighty raspy at high revs, guess that would be the same with a dc sports though on my set up.

Because i figured it would be cheaper haha which it is but i just did the math and its only about a 30 dollar difference so might as well get the catback instead of the custom exhaust (i know i'm stupid haha should have done the math first) ... brings up one more question though. I also wanna put a high-flow cat or equivalent would the test pipe i listed above be sufficient? basically what should i be looking for in that department and any suggestions?

I've heard nothing but good things about megan products on this forum and everywhere else and you just can't beat the price!
