Motor swap question???????

Default Motor swap question???????

Hi I have a 92 Honda civic with a 94 integra (B18c1) motor swap. I was wondering what is the corect exhaust combination is????????

For best performance or what? Or for fitment? It's still gonna be a 92 civic exhaust, and for best results use 2.25 or 2.5" mandrel bent piping.

I think i understand the question, like what exhaust combination will length-wise fit a92 Civic but position-wise fit a b16a2.Buy a header for a B16a2 and then get a catback exhaust for a '92 Civicfrom a name brand such as GReddy, Apexi, RSR, Magnaflow, or even Megan. If it doenst line up correctly, a muffler shop can probably extend/cut the piping andweld custom flanges to make it line up with the header correclty. Just use the same size piping and if theres any bends done, get them mandrel bent.

Or you could go custom catback and save yourself that whole paragraph up there

or course, if you took about 3 seconds to read, you'd see the B18C1 he's got swapped in, and you'd realize that it's significantly different from a B16A2...

I believe pete has a GSR swapped into a 95 coupe, so best wait for him to come around and give you the most knowledgeable input

i have a 99 with a b18ci swap and your probly best off going to a exhaust shop. im using b18headers and it doesnt fit right. iv never tried b16 tho. i want to, cuz i think that will work

I had my swap done at at shop, its a B18C thou, so it could be a little different, but I doubt it. Anywho, I have aDC Header and im pretty sure theyre made for an integra GSR. The b16 header wont fit right.
