Default New civic; need intake exhaust help

i just bought a 1998 Civic EX 5 speed about a week ago and i want to put in a CAI or RAI and a catback on it.

Does anyone know anything about Weapon*R dragon intake systems and if they are any good. If not ill stick with AEM.

Also, what is a good sounding, relatively cheap exhaust for a civic. I am used to dealing with big block chevy's and this is my first 4banger project. I know flowmaster exhausts sound great on v8's, but how do they sound on 4 cylinders?

i'm pretty sure i've only heard good things about Weapon Dragon intakes, but the gains are probably just about the same as AEM, and even AEM gains aren't much more than an ebay intake w/ a nice AEM or K&N filter on it

and as for exhaust: https://www.hondacivicforum.com/m_425424/tm.htm

AEM V2 Intake if you have the money to spend, ebay with a good filter if you don't have the money. Just don't go cheap on the exhaust or it will sound horrible. Skunk2, DC Sports, Greddy, Megan Racing, RS*R,Magnaflow are a few that make good exhausts
