Going from about 3K-4Krpms i get this annoying sound from up where my header meets the exhaust..... I am tired of it and I want it gone...

Look at pics and tell me what you'd suggest I do to make that gap close...

 

Ditch the ghetto washers and use bolts that have threads that go all the way down them. Buy a new o-ring gasket while you're at it.

 

i second that, u can get the parts for under 10 bucks and it will eliminate that...i had to do it
