o2 bung on high flow cat?

Default o2 bung on high flow cat?
I was wondering if anyone knows whether a high flow cat with o2 bung on the exhaust end will be ok to replace an oem cat with o2 bung in the middle?

bump. anyone with a 96-00 have a high flow cat with the bung on the end? any CEL and can you pass emissions?
