I already pulled the code....its the o2...I just have an after market intake (i dont see any name on the intake)...i am just trying to get this over with...so i dont have to talk to the police no more......

they wont let a damn thing slide. youve got an EK, right? then your stock intake had the vertical throttle body, and the EX manifold has the horizontal one, so your dx intake wont fit on the ex mani. you either need a stock intake for that mani, or a CARB approved aftermarket one. and yes, its getting very common for them to send you to smog for violations. but the EX mani should pass, just say yours cracked and this is the cheapest replacement you could find, and the motors are basically the same. but they might not notice it.

your best bet is to get a AEM (or another smog legal) short ram intake. It'll have the c.a.r.b. sticker attached.

the ex throttle body is smaller i believe, so no. but if you are in Sac, we can work something out. we'll get it figured out.

a b16 throttle body is bigger than any d series TB. it wont fit without modification
