ok. i have a 99 civic turbo'd and im wondering if there is a QUIET exhaust that i can use but still be good for my turbo?? i have a full Apexi N1 exhaust on now..its not loud loud but its too loud for me. Is there anyother turbo aftermarket exhaust that is very very quiet??

Most mufflers that lack the cannister shape will sound a lot quieter.

 

could i just buy a muffler? and keep the rest of my exhaust but just have a diff type of muffler

Yes, you can just a muffler welded onto you stock piping if you just want the sound part and dont care that just a muffler will not help you in any ways except for sound.

My vote would be a generic twin-loop muffler welded to your current cat-back. It's really hard to screw up a twin-loop design, so even the generic ones tend to have a pretty good exhaust note.
