Hey khomol I have an Apexi N1 exhaust on my car too. And to be honest it is not quiet at all, it does have a good sound though, not ricey at all. Lucky for me and hopefully you Apexi includes a silencer with their exhaust kit that you just slide in the tip of the exhaust. Make sure you ask the shop if your kit came with one, if not go to Apexi's web site, or ebay to buy just the resonator. This will lower the noise level a good amount, and apexi says it even gives you some extra torque because of back pressure.
