He has the 1.8l DOHC in that, we raced from a dead stop, by the end of the race I had him beat by about 250-300 feet.
Elantras are slow as all hell. That's nothing to brag about, even for a Civic.

When I bought the car last September I believe, the engine compartment was painted black to get rid of the stock purple. The springs in the front were also cut to lower the front end when I bought the car, I don't agree with that but that's the way it was. I plan on bringing the *** end down to earth some time this summer. As far as the Elantra goes, I know they're not that fast but at the same time cuincidently a neon jumped in on a race and I ended taking him out as well. But like stated above nothing to brag about.

fast03civic,

looked at the Tsudo system (from your recommendation) and the only thing listed for 05 civ's state "for EX only" what's the difference in the LX and EX exhaust system?

I don't think there's any difference between lx and ex at least as far as exhaust goes, its just a different package, long as the years are the same. Im gonna try to get some sound clips of the exhaust so I'll post. Suspension wise, I was just gonna get some DropZone struts, coilovers, and a camber kit.
