my header is cracked from about 3cm. above the o2 sensor, and its not all the way through....should i be worried about it breaking? if it does crak all the way through, what is the wors that could happen, just a bad leak? also, im really not worried about buying a new one, if that time comes, then, ill just buy one. no biggie.

 

just use some sort of epoxy or something that will hold it together a little longer before it has to be replaced...how did it get cracked?

 

Headers aren't that pricey, but if you have one like I do with the built-in Cat converter, that would suck.

I would say fill the crack with some heat resistant stuff and make due till you can afford a new one.
