Default SI or GSR intake?

SO I am going to get a AEM short ram intake for my car, which will have a B18C1 in it in a week or so. So do I buy an intake for a 99-00 SI or a GSR? I need to know becasue with the short ram there is one spot where they bolt to the fender for support.

buy the one for the B18C1. you'll have that in your car longer than you will the b16..

well I was more going for the fact that the 99-00 SI had a b-series in it and is a civic so will the intake mount fit better then one say for the GSR or are they the same dimensions, there is 2 different part numbers so I need to know

you will have to alter a C1 intake to fit a b16, the throttlebody is positioned different on the C1(different intake manifold design) unless you swap out the C1 intake manifold for the one on the b16 which I would do anyways because it flows better.

the b16 has the same intake manifold as a b18c type r and it will flow plenty good enough for upto around 400hp

if you want it to fit PERFECT you have to buy the AEM "hybrid" intake for that motor in that car. THe integra intake won't be quite right because the chassis is different

I was unaware that AEM made hybrid intakes, however I want to only go with short ram, I live in oregon and its out in the country so the roads suck and water builds up very bad.
