It will be a little bit better but you shouldn't notice an actual performance difference, it's too minor. You would notice a ~2WHP increase on a dyno chart, but not from your butt in your seat.

If you want to get one, go ahead and get it. Just remember that it's not giving you a ton more power, it's just helping a little bit. Little things do add up though, if you were to do I/H/E (intake/header/exhaust) all at once, you should notice a little difference between before and after.

do simple cheap stuff like paint valve cover, full tune up, tint taillights, stuff like that.. once u get 5speed, then worry about performance

Oh he has an automatic. Yea you are wasting your time with this. 5-speed swap first. Looks like you have a D15B7 engine though. IMO you're better off selling your car and buying a 93-95 5-speed Civic EX Coupe. It would not take any work, and the new car might cost the same price as how much you sell yours for. That's what I did, I used to drive a 93 Civic DX Sedan (automatic), but I sold it and bought this 93 del Sol Si (5-speed, D16Z6 engine) for less than I made off selling the Sedan.
