Default Straight pipe?

I have an Apexi ws2 on my civic hatch. When I got it installed it scrapped sometimes at stock height. The people at Speedline in washington are idoits and they put the s pipe in backwards and damaged that hangers and stuff trying to stop it from rattling. I got that fixed but not from them, they couldnt figure out what was wrong. But the mid section hangs really low now and a shop told me a straight pipe would give me the clearance. I wanted to know what this was going to do to my performance and what not. And how will it effect the sound?

u might get a lil more power but it will be very very loud. if u drive on the highway alot for long periods of time, it'll get really annoying, u cant hear anything but ur exhaust...not to mention u will probably attract the attention of cops.

I got it done, its slightly louder then it was. Only the mid section is a straight pipe. It sounds fine though. I have complete clearance now.
