Default trouble with idle

i just installed a new skunk2 throttle body and intake manifold in to my 98 civic ex. and now my idle starts at 4000rpms and then after a cuple seconds it will die down to1 n half and then the rpms wuld go up and down and dont stop. i duno wat is wrong wit it. but theres a hole in the throtlebody and when i plug it with my finger the rpms wuld get normal at about 900rpms and idle. so now i put a piece of duck tape on that hole and punched a few holes in the duck tape so it breathes a lil bit and the idle now stays at about 600rpm. i dont want to be using tape or any of that ghetto **** so wat shuld i doo!!!! pleaz help

In my first post theres a list of things you'll need to check out. Does the new TB have an FITV on the bottom? If so, you'll probably have to adjust that, check this link out
