This is as useless as a performance chip on ebay...
Anyways, do your research before you turbo. Are you planning to do it yourself? Boost is not as easy as everyone makes it seems. I'm not sure how rigorious the new SIs are, but you might want to consider building the internals first so you can run more boost in the long run.
Also, i'm not sure what size the exhaust translates to in inches--i'm too lazy to convert--but you'll need 2.75"-3.00" piping. I'll guesstimating, but i think 60 mm is like 2.3ish so you'll definitely need to upgrade there. the muffler itself should be okay though

actually the spinning motion of intake air does show a gain in hp and mpg. Problem is that most companies dont make them properly and it just acts as an obstruction in your intake. Above is some good advice... you wont need your intake anymore and the biggest thing you can upgrade prior to your turbo is the suspension. All that power is useless if you cant get it all to the ground.
Sell the cold air, trash the turbonator and get some springs/coilovers and sway bars. Also, a cheap upgrade if you can do it yourself is some poly bushings and motor mounts(if you have a manual tranny). As for exhaust... 3", no way. 2.25"-2.5" is ideal, even for boost. Make sure the exhaust diameter is the same from the exhaust manifold all the way back. It will make a hige difference.

the turbo kit should come with an intake piping and fitler of its own. The CAI wont fit because its designed to be installed at the stock throttlebody location. With a turbo kit the intake point is changed making your CAI useless.
