do you think this is any better then a standard CAI? One think I noticed is that it has no option to convert to SRI, as well...that thing is gonna get plugged full of crap rather quickly won't it?

I probably wont buy it, I'm just looking for feedback. I'm wondering if you guys have seen anything like this before, if it might be good or not, that sort of thing.

i had one of those before there not to bad i guess, they make one hell of a growling noise, im mean its freaking LOUD.and the pipieng is a good size also not to small.

I remember watching an old episode of Horsepower TV (back when they were workin on a Civic) and they put an Aerospeed front-mount intake on like that. They dyno'd it and with that, a header, and an exhaust, it gained like 11hp at the wheels, so I'd say it's good for a few horses... the question is "is it worth getting labeled a ricer?".

my buddy has that front mount..it actually sounds BA and looks pretty good. True it is prolly "ricer" since he doesn't have a turbo or anything but it does put out a lot more hp gains, than the SAI/CAI.
