Default Where the heck does this go

I have no clue as to where that goes. Any help? And would having that not hooked up to anything cause the engine to idle sparatically? The rpm's jump around alot even when its warm, and it keeps cutting out, like it has the hiccups.

Yes, that very well may be the cause of the sporatic idle. That vacuum line goes to your EGR purge solenoid thingy. Kinda looks like this...

except yours will have a "cap" on it. The line I am holding in the pic goes to your charcoal canister and the other goes ot that small fitting on the mani.

Also, the idle may be air in the coolant lines. I know that sounds crazy, but trust me, I changed my IM/TB and was tracking that crap for a week.

it just took a week to work itself out or what? Thanks for the help, where is that thing located to hook that vacuum line up?? HOpefully that is my problem, that was my best bet cuz I hooked that up to something else, and it wouldnt' start at all. we'll see on sunday I guess.
