wut the difference betweena 4-2-1 1 piece header and 4-2-1 2 piece header?...which one should i get?

This has been discussed before. What you are asking doesnt make sense, however I know what you mean.

4-1 is a one piece.

4-2-1 is two piece.

In all honesty, you wont knw a differnce power wise.

I have a 2 piece header, and installation was pretty easy. Just getting the old manifold off was a pain in the ***.

actually 4-2-1 comes in one piece and two piece.

use the search feature. this topic has been covered almost as much as CAI v. SRI
