Default 02 Civic Si EP3 Head Lights

I can't remember if I asked this already on this forum but where can I find good black housing headlights for the EP3?

Also one dude told me to stay away from HALO projector lights and others tell me they rock. What is the difference in lighting, efficiency, and longevity for a HALO compaired to a Hallogen or something of that nature?

halo is the little ring around the headlights that lights up. They meant stay away from projectors. They can be good or bad. i have had bad experience with them because they dont have too much output of light.

O ok, then what would be a good brand? Do I just stick with hallogens? Or is there other types of head lights I could get?

Hey, I appologize for taking so long to get back to you about this. I have had quite the negative experience getting tail lights for my car. Freaking nobody but morons on ebay and they can't even follow their own set instructions for ordering a payment. Anyways. If you still have the head lights and tail lights could I get some pictures? I may be interested in them if they are the right style. Thanks.

K I am bumping this thread.

So far I confirmed projectors to be bad. So what is a good, performance views only, head light. I think I will be buffing the fogging in my OEM's so don't need any aftermarkets now. What are good brands of lights that are performance oriented and don't blind you in rain or snow reguardless of the high beams being on?

sylvania silverstar halogens are nice. Theyre bright and they have a really clean white light. Not yellow. If you wanted you could go H.I.D for about $90 ebay. I bought a kit a while back and it went in easy and they look great. No problems yet. Only thing is, I wish I would have bought projector headlights for the H.I.D's. halogen housings dissapate the light too much. There is a sticky on H.I.D's in the apperance thread that I would refer to. But If you dont really have the coin to spend on all that, I'd go with a clean looking set of halogen housings, ( clear corners or black housing) but keep it halogen. There are all kinds of nice looking halogen bulbs. Best of all there easley replaceable.
