97 Bumper Vs. 99-00 Bumper
I have a 97 civic hx. I have a crack in the front bumper so Im going to replace it. I was wondering if the 99-00 front bumper fit the 97. Im trying to make my hx look like an si with the bumper+lip and the grill. Will this work. Anything I need to know?

they are not direct replacements.
the front ends of 96-98 civics are slightly different from the front ends of 99-00 civics.
in order to use the 99-00 bumper, you would need to change all of the front end parts, including fenders, bumper, headlights, hood, front grille

not really,
just need all of the parts, plus paint, plus time to line everything up and make it look right
using stock parts, could probably be done for around $600-800 if you shop around a lot
