Default '98 Civic "Batmobile" Mods

If I have posted this in the incorrect forum subdivision, please feel free to relocate.

I own a '98 Honda Civic LX in good condition. At the moment, the only mods it has had done to it would be the tinted windows (done before me) and a radio. It's forest green and pretty basic.

I'd like to change that, and to do so I'm going to need all of your help and advice that I can get. I'm very new to car mods (I just recently, due to a problem I posted on the forums involving my car doors, learned to disassemble a good part of the interior and exterior)

To the Exterior:

Really not a lot of mods to the outside as I want my Civic to be low-profile. I want a rougher matte black finish (any recommendation on color # or application?), possibly another set of more powerful auxiliary headlamps, and any modifications that would give my Civic a "tougher" look to it.

To the Interior:

Here's where the changes will be most noticeable. Currently it has a tan interior. Is it worth the cost to think about changing it for a black leather interior or is there a simpler solution that isn't coming occurring to me?

I'll need a reliable alarm system (preferably with a code I can type in)

A different design of front console (getting rid of the old tape player area and the cup holders for extra room; are custom consoles made for Civics? I'd like to use that area for either a CB radio or a valuables lockbox that I can bolt into the car.

A removable laptop holder (you see these in LE vehicles, but the officers I know in the area have no idea of the brand/makes that are available)

Different seat style options.

Everyone: I realize some of this may sound farfetched and/or ignorant and I apologize! I am a newbie to car mods so I welcome any criticism, advice, or suggestions for other mods that could be useful. Fire away!
