Default '99 CX grille replacement

Hi, my grille is faded and I want to change it out. It looks like plastic fasteners retain the top and screws at the bottom. Access for the bottom screws looks pretty tight, do I need to remove the bumper cover or ?
Any advice from someone who has been there before would be great!

You don't have to remove the bumper cover. You can just unscrew it once you take the plastic pin things out.

Thanks for the reply. I removed the black plastic pins across the top on the grille surround. I can now pull this surround up enough to access the phillips head screws that are now exposed. But... there are also a few screws that attach the bottom of the grille through the "feet" of the grille. The clearance underneath is tight. Any tricks for this part?
