I woke up this morning at 4AM (AK time) because i heard a loud bang and ran outside. A red Camaro SS backs up and starts torun down the street.I run inside, grab my keys, and started to chase after him. After about 3 minutes i found him trying to act like he/she was parked. Then heturned on his lights and started to haul *** again. He didnt have a plate on the back of his POS car so i have no way of identfying him to the police and everyone here has red camaros......so now im stuck having to buy a newoem bumperand getting it painted, and i hope thats it. My insurance asked me to waituntil i in the lower 48s to fix it so they can pay for it (because they know im moving this summer)....BUT NOWMY CAR LOOKS LIKE ****.[:@]

 

That sucks man but camaros aren't POS lol i used to have one haha but i would have done the same thing as you chased right after him

 

So did he back into you or did he hit you from the other side of the road and pull a quick u-turn. And did you haul *** outside or was he just looking over the damage or something for a little while because if I was going to leave I would have hauled *** out of there to begin with.

 

When i got out there he was pulling a very slow u-turn, i ran out and saw my bumper then ran inside when i saw him starting to run, and got my keys to chase after him. Theonly reason i say his was a POS because it was badly beat up and also sounded horrible.

 

i wouldve tried to chase after em and have a lil race.. Camaro ftw but still... thats gotta suck sorry man

 

ouch man thats crappy. at least insurance will pay for it when you move which is good. someone hit the rear quarter in my car, and i have to pay a 700 doller deductable which sucks

 

dude check out unique customs. I bought an already painted bumper from their store and it worked out great. You send them the paint code and they color match it. I couldn't tell the difference. Great service, color match, and fitment.

 

What i dont get it why would they tell you to wait? insurance is there to fix it not to help them make a cheaper payment on your car.

 

They are telling him to wait because when he moves it will cost less to fix apparently.

 

yah and plus im moving so soon, and i have military orders outso if i wait then its better for them....or whatever
