I've also been told if the car isn't prepped right for paint this can happen. In cases where you have old paint being painted over with new paint.

i think thats wat caused it, i mean the paint job is pretty clean for what i paid for, still needs to be wetsanded but the bubbles dont bother me, im only worried that their goign to spread
It won't spread anywhere past the contaminated area. So unless they half-assed it and left all the old paint on the car... you've got nothing to worry about. I painted over a different kind of paint before (not primer) and had the bubbling effect. Only thing was it bubbled right after I sprayed it.
