yeah because everyone was saying it isnt a real enforced law. well when you buy a car with 100,500 miles on it and when you sell it 3 years later with 100,000 miles on it, they will find out. im just saying it.. diddnt say i care.

so now ur bashing my wording of things? lmao ok smartass

I COULDNT CARE LESS... better?

lol, j/k

all i was tryin to do was throw in what i read. i diddnt say he was changing them to make his car have less miles, i was just saying that i read that its illegal to change the milage of the cluster wether its matching the new one or not. i really dont care either way.

a tip when adj your miles on cluster, look on your title and see if the miles where put on there or if its exempt, then adj it a little above the last reading, if it says exempt then have fun at it but dont make it 0000 make it somewhat believable. ib ought a neon for my gf about 4 years ago and i was the second owner it came with only 47k miles on it. within 1 year i put 100k more on it, so when i decided to sell it. i lowered the milage to 65k which is still pretty believable.
