Default dry water specs

how do you take dry water dots off your windshield, like after you wash your car and the water dries on the window it leaves dots on the windshield. i tried cleaning it with windex but it still didn't work. any ideaS?

don't use windex, try stoner's invisible glass, which you can find at your local auto parts store.

to get dots out you can wet a cloth and start scrubbing the window until dots are gone and then you can apply invisible glass or your windex. i heard using newspaper to apply window cleaners are better than cloth. lol, but it works

you will need to do it over and over again, i can not think of a better way to do this. i just wash my car today also and it was pretty hot out so water dried out pretty fast. i just start wiping couple times with a wet cloth and then use the window cleaner twice.

maybe someone else may have something better.

The best thing i have found is polishing compound. Still takes elbow grease though.
