I read it after I wrote it and when I said bottom lip I meant on the inside of the pre-molded lip not under and outside the kit itself. (oop*) that would look like crap. Ooh and it took a lot of time and work. And it looks like crap on the inside of the kit now. O well its stronger for it.

 

Important thing is......you never ruined anything and now you have some fiberglassing experience.
