Default fog lights/relay

i am trying to install them and i wasn't getting power so i checked the relay and believe it might be bad
how can i tell?
there is power going into it on the 12v wire but not going out on the other 12v wire

Part of the purpose of a relay is to have a switch mechanism in it. You have to have voltage coming through the fog light switch to engage the relay, allowing 12v to go from the input to the output.

Are these stock or aftermarket? Is there an inline fuse that could be bad? Is the switch circuit installed and functioning properly?
