i got a ? i went to the san diego car show the other day and i noticed a civic with this metal rings around the speedometer similiar to these down below. now are those just in the new civic , because im gonna buy a 01 02 civic withing a couple months and if they dont have these in them is ther somewhere i can buy them and put them on cuz i really like them. thanks in advanced.

 

i don't thing they are in the 01-02. you could buy a new gauge cover that already comes with the rings. usually the covers are brushed aluminum so you would probably have to paint it black to match the stock one but just mask around the rings.
