its all on other peoples tastes

 

i had a carbon fiber hood that the top carbon fiber skin came off the underlayment and flew off while driving down the freeway, it didnt hit my car at all just flew straight up and i think maybe hit the car behind me when it came down but i didnt stop to ask i just saw them swerve lol i just pretended it wasnt me :P it was entertaining but it was only 400 bucks so wasnt that bad at all. I have had my other one witout hood pins at all and havent had a problem and race it at the track and autocross all the time

i prefer no pins period. and sometimes carbon fiber hoods just make the cars look lose quality. =/

eh true, lol. theirs clean and mean approaches.

 

i dont have hood pins on my rx7 and it does 10's in the 1/4 mile, its all in how the hood is built and i welded more support on to the latch just to be safe
