i have gotten a ticket in augusta maine, for haveing orange underbody lights on my 3k. after two verbal warnings and a written warning i got a 120$ fine for illegal red lights.

 

They are legal in Charleston where I live but you cant have blue. People still do but it isnt enforced anyway because we dont have a street scene like most big areas do... most of the dog **** (ricers) can be found in North Charleston though.
