um a HID bulb wont work without the proper ballast's and wiring and comes with a HID kit. If you are just looking at bulbs and they say they look like HID's dont buy them cause they arent HID's lol. Also, a bulb you buy at walmart will not be anywhere near as bright as a HID kit. Do some research on them as its been answered a TON

ya dont buy those HID bulbs... they will do 2 things... one melt your headlight housing, second also melt your stock headlight wiring. te cheap HID bulbs can say HID all day long but without the ballast it snothing more than a higher wattage bulb with some blue coating on the bulb that will burn off over time.LOL

no such thing as a HID bulb by itself. you'll need to get a full kit. do NOT buy one off of ebay. i've been through a couple. you'd think i would've learned with the first so called "kit." they're all junk.

you'll need to retrofit a kit from another car; a car that has true HIDs stock. look in the forums for retrofitting kits from a TSX or something along those lines.

also, this place has a ****-ton of resources:

cheers

Don't get "HID" lookalike bulbs. All they do is put a tint on the glass of the bulb to make it look like HIDs. You will not have increased visibility from this and any brand who puts the acronym "HID" on the packaging of halogen bulbs is a company not even worth the ink it takes them to print "HID" on the box. They will most likely be horrible bulbs.
