Ok my 1988 Honda CRX Hf.....I have two things I am trying to fix since they are the simplest things rather than the extensive body work needed to be corrected and some other things well here are my two questions

1-My guage cluster works and everything but I am missing the plastic peice the goes over it is there a civic I could get that out of since there are quite a few at my local junk yard or dose it have to be out of a '88 Hf?

2-The previous owner painted the tail lights and I would like to undo it since it look terrible so what is the safest way to remove the paint so I dont harm the tail light lens or cloud them up???

 

Really no one has any kind of answer...what about these questions just thought of some more hopefully I can get some answers

3-Is it possible to swap the door panels to the ones that say CRX on them??

4-What different seats will bolt right in since the ones I have well they are new but the frames are welded to the floor and yea i am thinking of selling the seats and most likely the frames and get more comfortable seats to use....

5-I am planning on repainting the car since the repaint was a crappy job when I bought it that is and the rear is bassically bondo and sheetmetal....what is the best way to fix the year I know that I could buy rear quarters but I dont know where from??, would anyone have them cheap and possibly have a d.side rocker panel since mine is pretty rusty??....and I plan on sanding it down and spraying with primer what is the recommended amount I should use as in layers??

6-Pillar pods....are ebay ones good ??...since I would like to keep track of more than just the usual

More to come but I havent really started digging into this car yet I plan on doing quite a bit underthe hood to the stock engine and inside before I put a bodykit or anything like that on the outside so thank you for those who answer my questions...really need the first and second one answered really soon since that is going to be my first job to tackle
