Interior door "armrest" "repair"?

Interior door "armrest" "repair"?

Our 2009 Honda Civic's plastic "armrest" where the window/door lock buttons are located is severely scratched. I guess my wife's keys or maybe just nails are scratching it and the car is practically new.
Any idea of fixing it? Covering it?
