Marks in paint

Default Marks in paint
I starting debadging my civic this weekend. I took the "ex" off first. After I got all the crap off and polished it up, I can still see the "ex" marked in the paint. Any ideas to clean it up?

Mine was the same way. I used goo gone to get all the adhesive off, but the marks were still there. You could try rubbing or polishing compound, but in the end I ended up having the trunk lid repainted.

Yea you're just going to have to get it painted (at least the people that I know who have done this have had to) not sure if there is another way.
