Default Need Help

I have a 99 civic si and my wife just backed into somebody and most of the damage is passenger rear corner. My question is I found a rear bumper on ebay for cheap but it says that it is a bumper cover. Is that just a different wording. Luckily I found that I can replace my Eurolite taillites for relatively cheap. I will try to post pics soon, just a little wound up since I got home.

In normal terms, it's the same thing.

Technically speaking, a "bumper" is actually the metal bar behind the plastic, not the plastic itself; therefore, the plastic is a bumper cover.

Fortunately, not many people speak in technical terms, because "bumper cover" sounds kinda silly
