I have a 98 civic ex coupe and well, i dont like how my fog lights are set up right now. They're kind of attached to the front of the bumper, and i like how the 98' - 00' grills have like a pre-made fog light set up on either side of the grill and i want to get new ones for those spots... So my main question is could i replace the whole bumper with the 99-00 bumper? How will it line up? I am a pretty techy guy so if any mods are needed, i could probably do it.

you would need to replace the fenders, bumper, hood, grill, headlights to make it work... you sure you want to go throug all that for just fog lights?

 

You can also get a oem foglight setup for the year of your car and it would look better than those aftermarket ones.
