CF hood FTW.

Google it. Carbon fiber hoods look great on like any color. A dif color hood just looks whack.

mine is carbonfiber. look at my threads. Oh and the rims are rice. The lights look better now that they are on the car.

oh and my lip is cf too.

 

For the headlights, my vote goes towards the reflector lens with black housings.

Actually, I think you should start a new thread about the headlights and make a poll on the thread asking which ones to go with between the two.


For the hood, I really think a silver or red hood will look really stupid. Get Carbon Fiber or leave it black. Nothing else makes sense.


About the taillights... what I really dislike is the horizontal lines in the plastic. If you could take the housings apart and remove the horizontal lines they would look a lot better.

 

ya the lines are a bit off.
i really like the anzo style ALOT more, i feel they match my tails more than the reflectors, but the reflectors are very nice.

I like the projectors or the other ones Im kind of torn, I know projectors arent really the popular choice on this site, but I still think they look neat.

Personally I would not do a different color hood, Ive seen it where it works, cf always works, but a silver or red on your car I dont think would look right. You should photoshop it or ask someone else to so you can see what it looks like.

I still say tint the tails. Other than the big sport tuning thing in the middle of those wheels I think they look pretty good. They would be better if the black and silver were switched though imo.

ya the rims would look really sweet with the colors swaped. too bad oh btw i ordered them today shoule be here by tuesday or wednesday. oh and i think they are sending replacement caps... ill see when they get here. but i think they come with the sport tuning caps and others that are prolly blank.

and im sure ill be happy with either headlight, but just seeing this pic i posted just... it really does it for me. i cant find a black civic with the ones you are showing me. if you can find a picture plz post, id love to be able to fully compare.

10-4 on the hood, just a long shot, but if someone wants to photoshop this pic for me, i might give it a try, but im not very good with photoshop. in silver would be nice.

oh and i got an update on the price to do my front end swap... i found it was more work than i can handle. so i am hireing a body mechanic.
about 300-400 for the parts hood, fenders, bumper f, bumper b, and grill.
300 to install all of it
so 600-700 bucks im gettin a steal in my eyes.

then i have to paint
