Just wondering... I thought you wanted to be "different"?
The reason you can't find those headlights installed in a picture is because everyone and their grandma has projector headlights instead.

 

The reflector headlights look way better than the projectors. And when I see a car with a random color hood, I think too poor to have it painted after a wreck.

 

ya lots of people got em... cause they are the best thing out there for 04-05 its either the anzo style or the ones you showed me. i cant find much more than that. just diff small alterations of those 2 types.

i am getting rims that i have not seen on any civics - while yours being a dime a dozen it seems

anyone know where i can get one of those antennas that go on the top of alot of newer cars? my back windshield is fried none of the elec works in it. so i need an antenna. where can i get one?

Not to rain on your parade, but there a lot of civics in ABQ with swapped front ends...not dissing it, cause i think it'd look pretty sweet!

Every ricer i see in a honda in my town has aftermarket tails and projectors

Dont try and hate on the jdm look simply because you want a mismatched hood, and front end conversions are common.


but ANYWAY My Opinion:

I honostly think projectors do not look natural and dont look good except MAYBE on ann eg, although i dont consider halos as rice i am not a fan myself

 

no offense, but you're not as "different" as you think you are. I have seen more 7th gens with those taillights than I have seen with stock taillights. I have also seen more 7th gens with projectors than reflector housings.

 

So what are your plans with this car? Are you just doing exterior mods like rims, lights and new front end or you gonna do anything worth while. Like maybe make your car go faster? Your car is an 01 and its not like its the best possible engine to do anything to(most say the worst). I mean if your not doing anything to the engine i'm gonna have to call rice like most other people on here.

lol i don't have a problem with it i think its funny as i sit here reading all your posts on this topic completely agreeing with everything. Although i would say it different.

 

well i got 3k and have spent 1k so far.. ill be spending another... 700+paint so what ever is left after that i will probably do suspension. (spelling)

oh and ya ya i should a got a turbo blah blah... tried... didnt work out. so i decided to go with looks first.

nike just seems sour cause his car doesnt have a front to it anymore... ouch should of had full coverage.
