Do all the Civic's have a dull paint job in side the trunk and on the door jams? Looks like I may have got one that was repainted

I will later or tomorrow. The car is at home inn the garage. Previous owner said they were all like that. I think I got hosed

 

if its dull or ruff feeling.... ya its been painted before tho probably due to changing the color of the car....
pull back the rubber window seals or interior trim panels around the door. it should be all smooth and matching if its stock.
