Civic96lx there's now sound difference, it's just stock with a tip on.

To the dude who brought this back from the dead, I didn't clean mine or prep at all. I just basically sprayed it and stuck the tip on. Gotta few tips from Addiction2Bass so ask him any questions you have. Just make sure you have high heat paint and it's really easy.

Please dont paint the muffler red. Black I understand to make it kinda disappear....but dont make it stand out like that.

with high temp paint it shouldnt burn off.....
at the rear of the tailpipe its not as hot as right off the motor.....
i painted my stock header with 500degree heat paint and only the top part of the header has burned the paint off....
and if you use the 1500degree paint... it shouldnt be a problem at all.LOL

funny how right under the main collector the paint looks just as good as when i painted it... but that top part has burned ALOT of the 500degree paint off it... and i didnt use 1500degree paint cause i only had 500degree paint laying around.... and im preaty cheap at this point in the build making short cuts when i can with such minor cosmetic touches.LOL

plus lets face it WHO REALY is impressed with the LOOKS of a muffler?????? anyone? i didnt think so... 95% is the sound!!!!!!!!! and only like 5% for looks...
hell i plan on painting my brand new twin loop muffler! it maybe stainless steel BUT i only want the tip to shine! everything else is geting blacked out.
