what im doing is redoing my brake lights......... see with my TINTED taillight upper portion you cannt realy see the brake lights on a bright day.... which is a safety issue with me... so before i had some red superflux leds just holes drilled inplace with them glued inplace... WELL got tired of those cause they just didnt look good... not even at all and had hot spots.... so this way with me redoing them the light SHOULD be preaty even so it should look ALOT BETER when finished!!!!!

HERES THE OLD lights

and a short videos of them

as you can clearly see.... they dont look very good
DOWNFALL is to fit 7 or 8 flexstrips inside each taillight isnt gonna be cheap

but this is the way i plan on doing it....
2 red strips
yellow strip
red strip
yellow strip
2 red strips

something like that tho might have to use orange for the turn signals cause they dont realy have a yellow BUT id use the yellow strips for my turn signals and red strips for my brake lights....

THIS WAY i have all the security of regular taillights during the brightest days and dont have to worry about geting rearended by someone that cannt see my brake lights.

Sounds ridiculous, hope it works out. Are you still going to have reverse lights?

ya. im gonna keep the same style TINT on my taillights. ill just have to take my new ones and just tint them the same.

will look just like this...

just watch the video of my old red led lights.....
turn signals in lower clear section and back up white lights are still in the inner taillight clear section!
tho this time i will be changing the superflux leds to long led flexstrips.... so thsi time the red brake lights will just be ALOT MORE EVEN of light flow.......
i could probably just do 1 strip for turn signals and 3 for brake lights in each side taillight BUT..... gotta GO BIG and BRIGHT... id rather it be SUPERBRIGHT than to dim!

brake lights are preaty important!
i dont wanna put all this money into my car to make it custom and then have someone not paying attention runing into the back of me!

The red/orange/yellow idea sounds pretty sweet, but it also sounds like a hassle

it is.... dont get me wrong.... BUT!!!!!!!!!!!!!
if you tint your taillights...... well it makes ALOT OF SENSE
of course us TINTED people can say na ya dont need extra brake lights... BUT if ya look in your rear view mirror when your stoping or turning youll notice ALOT OF PEOPLE RUNNING UP ON YOUR @SS cause they cannt see your turn signals or brake lights!!!!
PLUS trying to get outta a ticket for them.... AND if you do get rearended they will try saying it was your tinted taillights that was a safety hazard and try to blame YOU for the accident even if you get hit some some JACK@SS that wasnt paying attention!

now i just have to wait for them to get the red flexstrips instock

and its not red/yellow and orange... only red and the closests color to yellow they have. cause they dont have yellow leds...
but its close enough.. only picture i can find of them...
