Default Reinforcement Bar In The Way of Bodykit

I have a 2002 Honda Civic 4-Door and had the R34 Body kit. But when I had the rear bumper left to put on, it required the removal of the reinforcement bar, and I don't have that good of luck, lol, so I need to know some body kits that won't require the removal of the reinforcement bar. Or some body kits that have "rear aprons" instead of actual bumpers.

Thanks!

first of all i think the bar is supposed to stay on if its in the way then you have to do some mods to the bumper unless the bumper can hold itself on without it ummm i heard big brand kits like wings west kits and veilside or something like that, kits are made easy to install they come with instructions but none said kits were easy to put in.
