Default Repainting valve cover question?!?

What's the best way to get Powercoat off of your valve cover. Im wanting to re-spray my h22 valve cover Red and needing to get the stock black powercoat off. Any advice would be awsome.

Sand blasting. I geta few ATV frames powdercoated each year cause I race them and it has to be sand blasted and prepped to remove all the coating.

OR... ...at autozone (and many other places) is a product called Aircraft remover. It's a intense paint remover. It work's like a charm! So, if you don't have access to a sandblaster, that's your second best option.
