Default Replacing Tape Player/Cup Holder in 98 Civic

i recently installed a aftermarket head unit into my car with keyless entry (had to hide stock radio behind the dash after removing tape deck) now theres just a big eyesore hole showing the wires...what do u all recommend for simply covering this up? a DIN pocket compartment wont work since it will take as much room as the tape deck.

I put my aftermarket one down there and kept the stock one up top as a dummy and used the cup holder lid to hide the cd player.

You can swap in the 99-2000 style cup holder and create a pocket down there so you can put stuff in it.

Are you saying you had a tape deck on the bottom and the radio part up top? Because if the tape deck was on bottom, the brackets were already there and you don't need to buy another set.

I had just the radio on the top part, and the factory Honda cd player on the bottom part by the cup holders. Ive wanted to get just the little pocket, but dont know where the best/cheapest place to get one is.

Salvage yards are the best. I got one for $5. I have a 99-00 style one in my for sale thread
