what year and model cars spoiler would fit on my 98 civic ex

 

96-00 ex, 99/00 si should both fit without any real modification (you'll have to drill holes in the trunk lid). I'm not sure what other spoilers would fit without modification.

 

haha well I had an older neon spoiler on my car when I bought it but I wouldn't recomend that

I 2nd this one.
Ek's IMO don't look the greatest with spoilers.
But if you must please get a OEM slim spoiler that come stock on the si those are fine.

 

I recommend checking ebay for spoilers. Some guy sells genuine factory spoilers, painted and ready to go, for around $100 shipped. The dealership sells the SAME ONES for $499.99. He had all factory colors available when I bought mine, perfect color match. I installed it myself, just 4 holes to drill and a wiring harness to run. Instructions are available online.

 

I know exactly who you are talking about, I bought one off him for my sedan back in october and it's perfect. He has all the OEM colors and everything. If you are looking for an OEM spoiler, which i think looks best anyways, look on ebay.

 

For EKs, theres two spoilers that look good IMO

The OEM SI spoiler

and a spoiler that Mugen made... I've only seen a car with it once, and it was hands-down the most amazing EK I've ever seen (The full *real* Mugen lip kit didn't exactly subtract from the awesome-ness, either lol)
