my friend has them on the inside, on the floor. you cant see the tubes, and it actually looks very nice @ night. the outside..like everyone said, it CAN be done, but its a little more tricky..and cops will not like you.

Here in Oregon its a $141 fine for driving down the road with them on and thats with yellow or green I would hate to know what it is for red or blue, seems how then you could get charged with impersonating a police officer.

ive seen worse. how about those plastic spinners on an 89' civic? complete w/ multi color body kit parts, a big fat aluminum wing and wires hanging out. by no means do i think that neons are the "gayest" thing you can do..

 

theyre up there. only douches who want attention get them in my opinion

 

if it is done properly and neon that actually works then they are gay in my opinion. id put them on the inside b4 the outside. cheaper too....

 

honestly on the inside, they do look fine. gives the interior a little something while cruising @ night.
